SPRING/SUMMER 2021: LIGHT.
2021 has felt heavy so far. With a new year came new challenges and obstacles for moving forward, and it has been hard to imagine ways to be together, to find peace, to feel the passage of time. For FSCM's upcoming issue, we are looking for pieces that work to combat that heaviness, to challenge the weight of this year, and to emerge in the LIGHT. For the LIGHT issue, we are asking for you to tell us stories about your light, the weight you've been carrying and the dedication, the dreaming, the working towards the LIGHT that you are doing. How are you cultivating LIGHT right now? Is it hard to find the LIGHT? To find our way through this time, we are asking you to help us shine a LIGHT for each other, to hold each other together, and create more LIGHT together.
Please pitch us an idea for any type of art form by June 30. Drafts will be due at a later date. We can't wait to hear from you!
